TASK DESCRIPTION:

• Carry out A/C maintenance, fault finding and monitoring of the mobile equipment and other related equipment.
• Installs and repairs automotive air-conditioning units.
• Fills compressor with refrigerant and starts unit.
• Measures compressor pressure to determine efficiency of compressor, using gauge.
• Maintains (inspects, repairs, tests and adjusts) air conditioner electrical systems, air conditioner vapor systems& refrigeration unit electrical systems.
• Makes electrical connections as required.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Submit a complete service report for each job order.
• Awareness of safe working procedures.
