QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 2 year work experience as guest service officer in the Spa in a upmarket (International/National) hotel or a similar function.
Good administrative skills and preferred knowledge of Computer, additional knowledge of various reservation systems would be a plus.
Well groomed, presentable and caring.
Good English communication skills. Other foreign language is a plus.
